Over R240,000 worth of brand-new jackets.
Thousands of lives. One mission: restoring dignity.

The Wayne Mathew Naidoo Foundation donated over R240,000 worth of brand-new jackets to some of the poorest of the poor across South Africa through our Wrap Them in Dignity initiative.

These jackets were distributed to the blind, the physically disabled, the elderly, and orphaned children — individuals who face some of the harshest living conditions and the greatest vulnerability during winter.

This was not the distribution of surplus or second-hand clothing.
Every jacket was brand new — given intentionally, respectfully, and with care.

Because dignity is not optional.

Warmth protects the body.
Dignity restores the spirit.

Each jacket carried more than fabric. It carried a message:

You are seen. You are valued. You are not forgotten.

Standerton, Mpumalanga
Secunda, Mpumalanga

The #NoChildOrFamilyWithoutAChristmas 2024 initiative was kicked off in Mpumalanga. We provided over 130 children with brand new clothing—each child receiving a set to brighten their Christmas season.

These children are survivors of either abandonment or abuse, and the organisations caring for them do so with no government support. When a child is in need, these dedicated teams are the first to respond, ensuring that every child has a safe space to heal and grow.

We are honoured to be able to bring some joy and warmth to their lives this festive season.

Midrand, Johannesburg

We donated a used Bosch Hob to a security guard who requested assistance in creating a designated area for cooking in his home. Previously Abol and his family would cook on a portable gas cylinder. The electric hob will improve their safety and enhance hygiene.

Silver Lakes, Pretoria

12 towels were donated to CRC Pretoria for the water baptism of kids from the local Mamelodi township in the month of May 2022.
